The two men that came out from Aurora appliance were fast and professional. They identified the problem with our disposal in our kitchen as well as our washing machine. They helped us order a new disposal for our kitchen and promised to send a quote for the part that needs repair on our washing machine.

After waiting over a week for GE to send a service technician, they cancelled on us and told us we would have to wait another week for someone. We called Aurora Appliance and Heather had us scheduled the next day. They kept us up to date on the timing as Carter had run into a longer than anticipated call. Carter arrived as promised even though it was past closing time and had our dishwasher fixed in no time. He suggested that the issue may come back and promised a quote on the part if it happened. We received it the next day. Both Heather and Carter were great to work with and we anticipate a long relationship with them and their company.

Outstanding service provided by Aurora Appliance. We had an issue with our Samsung range. I contacted them and was assisted by Heather. She worked with my schedule to plan the service date and time. This was refreshing as most places make you wait during inconvenient times. Carter arrived promptly and got straight to work. He took care when moving and repairing the cooktop portion of the range. He explained the problem and showed me where the issue was. I will be a repeat customer for all my appliance repair needs in the future. If you value customer service and honesty in a repair technician, you can not do better than Aurora Appliance.

“Carter was patient, professional and polite. Dismantling our Electrolux dryer proved to be somewhat laborious, and not intuitive. He handled it well and very efficient once he solved the riddle. Due to the 6 inch dryer vent length we were not charged for that portion of the call. Intellectual honesty is a rarity these days and commands acknowledgement.” Will call Aurora again in the future when needed.
